Welcome to our Spring Cooking Class at the Vineyard! This is a perfect opportunity for you to learn how to prepare fresh and delicious dishes using seasonal ingredients while enjoying the breathtaking views of the vineyard.
During this class, you will work alongside our experienced chef, Tim Lundy from Rosewood Market, who will guide you through the preparation of a full-course menu.
Once you have gathered all your ingredients, you will move to our kitchen where the cooking will take place. Our chef will demonstrate each step of the recipe, and then you will get the chance to try it yourself under the chef's guidance.
The menu for the Spring Cooking Class will feature dishes that highlight the flavors of the season along with a selected wine pairing. You will learn how to prepare dishes such as spring asparagus, greek lamb stew with farm fresh vegetables, and a rustic tart with spring fruits.
As you cook, you will also have the opportunity to taste some of our finest wines, carefully selected to complement the flavors of the dishes. Our sommelier will guide you through the wine pairing process and explain the characteristics of each wine.
After the cooking is complete, you will get to enjoy the delicious meal you prepared, while taking in the stunning views of the vineyard. This is an experience that you will cherish forever, and you will leave with new culinary skills and a deeper appreciation for seasonal cooking and wine pairing.
